Fathom the Golden Retriever (my best buddy) and I did some Dog Agility Jumping and Fun Tricks yesterday. He did really good on the jumping and I think he’s almost ready for his first Agility Competition! I am so proud of Fathom. He can jump really high and good! Fathom also did good on the tricks. He knows A LOT more than this but we didn’t have a lot of time to film the tricks and we did a lot of agility videos. Fathom is a very good boy and I am so proud of everything he’s done in the last 5 monthes of training!
Now that the puppies are 5 and a half weeks old we start to take them outside after each meal. Over the next couple of weeks they will get use to eating and then going out for fun and play along with business. A bit of work, but everyone is happy with the results. Contact Ruth at ruth@antiquesbyzaar.com for details on how to purchase.

This led to more birds being lost in the field. Because of this improvement in firearms, a need for a specialist retriever arose as training setter and pointer breeds in retrieval was found to be ineffective. Thus work began on the breeding of the Golden Retriever to fill this much needed role. The original cross was of a yellow-coloured Retriever, Nous, with a Tweed Water Spaniel female dog, Belle …
