The 2009 Green Mountain Golden Retriever Club AKC agility trial. Murphy came out of semi-retirement to play in Novice Preferred – he seems to like an easier game and a lower jump height. Murphy finished his NAP this weekend with three first placements and three high scoring golden retriever awards. Teller had some awesome moments (particularly on the Sunday Excellent JWW course which I didn’t get on video) and some disconnected moments. Overall it was a good weekend and we’ll enjoy a couple of weekends off in August. Check out our updates on our blog: blog.magicagoldens.com

Teller’s last trial of the season. I love how he’s running right now – he’s fast and responsive. Contacts are still an issue and I need to communicate better (though I think the 12 hour long trial days didn’t help my foggy brain) – he is confident and enthusiastic – everything else will come together in the next year. He picked up two FAST legs and an OA leg this weekend. Check out our updates on our blog: blog.magicagoldens.com

Day two of BOTC’s 2009 AKC Agility Trial, another QQ for Teller-Woo and a really nice jumper’s run for Murphy – unfortunately the refusal at the triple (I got in his way) took us out of a Q. Until next year gang! Check out our updates on our blog: blog.magicagoldens.com

Murphy’s Open Standard run from the third and final day of the GMGRC Agility trial. Murphy had a clean run, first and Q (first OA leg) and was high scoring Golden Retriever! It was an awesome weekend for Murphy – SIX SUPER runs, two high scoring golden awards, his OAJ title and a OA leg! That’s Murphy’s second title in two weeks (CDX on 7/12). GO SMURF! Teller pulls off another Double Q at botc’s AKC Agility Trial. This was Teller’s NAP title and a bumper jumper’s leg. Check out our updates on our blog: blog.magicagoldens.com
